During our recent stay at the Bulls Head in Castleton, I was struck by the perfect blend of comfort and charm this quaint pub offers. With a beautiful double room that boasted stunning views of the surrounding hills, we felt as if we were in a cozy retreat from the world, especially with the thoughtful touches like scented toiletries and a variety of teas, perfect for a family man like me. The inn’s location is a significant advantage, right in the heart of Castleton—ideal for those adventurous spirits wanting to explore this picturesque village. We indulged in their delicious à la carte breakfast as well as savored the excellent Sunday roast, which was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay. Not only was the Bulls Head a delightful sanctuary, but its immaculate cleanliness and the friendly staff made our experience even more enjoyable.
